Tree Safety Audits
We understand the importance of maintaining a safe environment for schools, child care, nursing homes, hospitals, universities, caravan parks and aged care facilities. Our comprehensive tree audits prioritise safety and compliance with insurance requirements.
Certified arborists conduct thorough tree inspections, identifying potential risks. We assess factors such as tree stability, root health, structural integrity, and proximity to buildings and infrastructure. By identifying and addressing these safety concerns, we minimise the risk of accidents and injuries.
If an accident occurs where a tree has caused signficant damage to a person or equipment insurance companies will always ask for an assessment and report on the trees to make sure they have been taken care of correctly.
Insurance providers often require regular tree audits to maintain coverage. We provide the services to meet these compliance obligations. Our detailed reports serve as essential documentation, showcasing your commitment to risk management and due diligence.
Once a report is carried out we will put together an action plan and then provide these services. Whether it’s removing dead limbs or overhanging branches, we’ll make sure the property is safe and then sign off on all the work.

To ensure this happens the Victorian government introduced the Safe Tree Program which provides grants to schools to ensure they are safe.
